Licensed Social Work Associate, Independent Clinical
I am an individual therapist who enjoys working with adolescents and adults who are seeking support navigating the complexities of life. I believe in the therapeutic power of a safe and non-judgemental place where individuals can dedicate intentional time for healing and growth.
In my practice, I provide an affirming space for, including neurodiverse, LGBTQAI+, multi-racial, and multicultural identities. I operate from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and person-centered approach. I believe the client is the expert of their own experience and I value working collaboratively to achieve the client’s goals.
My approach to treatment draws from interventions including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution-focused, somatic-based, and psychodynamic therapy. I have experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, OCD, insomnia, mood disorders, school/academic concerns, and life transitions.
I graduated from Seattle University’s Master of Social Work program and am licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Social Work Associate, Independent Clinical (LSWAIC) #SC61583485. I am working towards my full licensure in the state of Washington, under the direct clinical supervision of Jennifer Lee, LICSW (#LW00007904). Before choosing social work, I graduated from the University of Washington in Political Science which has informed how I understand the individual experience within larger systems and structures in society.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors, biking, climbing, cooking, and hanging out with my cat.
