Coming to therapy is a brave choice, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to build a safe, transformative space where you can explore your best self. I work with teens and young adults to navigate their evolving lives, with a particular passion for working with neurodiverse folks to equip them with coping skills, empowerment, and self-compassion. I strongly believe that you are the expert on your own experiences -- my role is not to change or 'fix' you, but to be a supportive partner walking alongside you in your journey of self-discovery.
Many obstacles stand in the way of our ideal lives, such as sociopolitical shifts, mental health or substance use challenges, and relational or familial changes. Your goals will guide us as we gather the tools and insights you need to move through what may be holding you back. Together, we will create space to explore your strengths and build on the resilience that already exists in you, finding moments of humor and lightness even in difficult conversations.
I draw from a variety of methods to meet you where you are, always considering you through a holistic lens that acknowledges the broader contexts impacting your life. My approach is connective, liberatory, compassionate, and honest. The therapy room is a safe place to make mistakes and grow, and you will be met with warmth and curiosity. My goal is to ensure you feel understood and valued as your most genuine self.
I have a background in eating disorder care and crisis case management, and have worked with a wide variety of clients, including queer and neurodiverse youth, individuals experiencing severe mental illness and suicidal ideation, folks facing housing insecurity, food insecurity, and chronic illness, and survivors of violence and trauma. I will graduate with my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington in 2026. Outside the therapy space, you can find me snuggled up with my cat, drinking lots of coffee, working on a new craft project, reading a good fantasy book, or listening to a carefully crafted playlist on a neighborhood walk.
