Spring 2026 Support Groups
We are excited to announce our upcoming Support Groups! This season's group offerings will include:
- Later in Life Queer Support Group
- Unmasking Neurodivergence in Adulthood Support Group
Later in Life Queer Support Group
Open to LGBTQIA+ adults (18+) residing in Washington state.
Too often we are fed the narrative that there is a window of becoming yourself, and once you hit a certain age, the window for new experiences and expressions closes. Coming into queerness later in life (whatever age that means for you) may feel as though you’ve missed out on what could have been. In this group we hold space for the grief of missed experiences as well as the excitement, expansiveness, and pain points of embodying queerness now.
There is no expiration date on authenticity.
Group held Mondays from 5-6pm, virtually, starting April 13, 2026
Co-led by Wayfinder graduate interns Cas Cohen and Kate Walker
Sliding Scale: $60-$180 for the full 7 weeks

Open to adults (18+) in Washington state living with neurodivergence, with a specific focus on folks with autism and/or ADHD. Formal or self-diagnosis welcome.
In this group, we will:
● Discuss the strengths and challenges of living with a neurodivergent brain
● Explore strategies to support unmasking, identity integration, and living authentically
● Connect with other neurodivergent adults and build affirming community
● Share and process lived experiences in a supportive space
Group held Tuesdays @ 5pm virtually, starting April 14, 2026
Co-led by Wayfinder graduate interns Mika Mensonides and Kelly Porter
