Life might not come with a roadmap, but you don’t have to figure it out all alone. I work with children, teens, and families who are navigating big feelings, anxiety, and experiences that can be difficult to make sense of. I strive to help clients feel understood, recognize their strengths, and feel more confident in their ability to handle life’s ups and downs.
I believe people do the best they can with what they have, and that we don't need to be “fixed” to grow and change. Sometimes, we need a little help to understand ourselves, make sense of what we're feeling, or figure out what we need. I see therapy as a space where you can show up as you are, feel supported through the hard stuff, and discover new ways to understand and care for yourself.
I'm particularly passionate about working with children with disabilities and their families. I believe behavior is a form of communication, and at times it can be our best strategy when we don’t yet have words to express our inner experience. I love helping children better understand their needs and to find tools that work for them, while also supporting parents in understanding their children and building robust relationships. I maintain a space free from shame or judgment, with a goal of helping families feel like they're on the same team, even when things are uncomfortable.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington in 2026 after spending several years gaining experience supporting children, teens, and families through school social work and community-based services. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that each person brings their own strengths and experiences to therapy. I draw from approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, play therapy, and Internal Family Systems, adapting the work to each client's needs. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy sculpting at a local ceramics studio, walking around Green Lake, watching reality TV, and spending time with my cat, Spicy.
