Taylor Saunders
Individual Therapist,
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s not always clear how to move forward. Therapy can help you get unstuck and find your path. I work with teens and adults on a broad range of challenges, from anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma to eating and body image concerns. I particularly enjoy working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism.
Many of the people I support are navigating major life transitions, such as becoming a parent or making a career change. Together, we explore patterns, relationships, and new ways of responding to yourself and others. We balance insight with practical strategies, and while change can involve some discomfort, we move at a pace that is manageable and produces real, lasting results.
I provide queer-affirming, neurodiversity-friendly, and weight-neutral care. I adapt my approach to each person and welcome curiosity and healthy skepticism. My clients make meaningful progress and develop tools that support them beyond therapy. I also serve as a clinical supervisor for interns and early-career clinicians, and I value collaboration, honest engagement, and a grounded, human perspective.
In my own life, I have a number of hobbies and interests outside of the world of therapy. I can spend hours talking about the funny things my dogs do and what I’m currently growing in my garden. You can often find me haunting antique stores, checking out new restaurants, and buying too many craft supplies. Ultimately, I do this work because it is personal. I don’t think people should have to carry the burdens of life alone. It is an honor to work with people in this way.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
