Hello, my name is Ash, my pronouns are they/them. I value creating a safe, welcoming space where you can share and process your struggles, setbacks, and accomplishments.
Populations I work with are ages 16-100 who are looking for support around identity, relationship or interpersonal issues, trauma, depression and anxiety. I accept clients of all backgrounds, and I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities.
My approach is grounded in the belief that growth and healing happen through safe, respectful connection. In session, we will go at your pace, focus on what you find important, and collaborate to identify your needs and goals for our time together. I work from a strengths-based perspective, and often bring in principles of mindfulness, and nonviolent communication. I strive to recognize how structures such as racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, sizeism, and classism impact our experiences and relationships.
Empathy, creativity, understanding, and humor are important values for me. I look forward to walking alongside you on your path.
