Stacy Robinson
Individual Therapist
Graduate Intern
Hi! I’m Stacy (she/they). I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating eating disorder recovery, body image, and neurodivergence to build greater self-acceptance, perspective, and freedom in their lives.
I also work with people processing injury, disability, or major life changes to their bodies, and the grief that often comes with them, from athletes to anyone finding their way through it. As someone with physical and learning disabilities myself, I understand what it means to be fully seen, and that shapes how I show up for clients.
Starting or continuing therapy takes courage, and I’m honored when clients share the hard, vulnerable parts of their lives with me. I offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can be your whole self and feel heard, seen, and cared for right where you are.
Therapy works best as a partnership. You choose the direction, and I walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion, taking into account who you are and your lived experience. Together, we can notice unhelpful patterns, make space for difficult emotions, and take steps toward the life you want.
I’ll graduate with my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington in June 2027. Before graduate school, I spent more than 14 years in education: as a paraeducator, an education specialist supporting teens in foster care, and a high school student advocate for teens navigating mental health, food and housing insecurity, grief, peer-relationship struggles, learning disabilities, and more.
In my free time, you can find me training for my next powerlifting competition, rewatching my favorite TV shows (Ted Lasso, Schitt’s Creek, Avatar: The Last Airbender), walking my goldendoodle, or daydreaming about my next trip.
