Individual Supervision

Whether you have almost all your supervision hours or are just starting out, individual supervision is an amazing way to grow professionally and emotionally, explore your career options and gain confidence while increasing your therapeutic skills. In weekly or bimonthly meetings, we will explore places your practice is feeling stuck, ethical dilemmas, workplace issues, practice development, clinical formulation, self-care, social justice concepts and professional identity formation. We can work together to identify resources that could benefit you and your clients, discuss vicarious traumatization and so much more.

Individual supervision gives a clinician with their Associate License the ability to dive deeply into the skills they want to learn, the experience of being a therapist and get the one-on-one support you need to thrive. We can discuss cases in detail and get specific about ways you can improve your practice in a supportive, fun and challenging environment. Often there’s laughter and sometimes tears in this process of deepening your skill as a therapist.

As a Washington State Approved Supervisor, Jennifer is available to work with therapists who are working toward their licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW), licensed advanced social worker (LASW), licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). The fee for individual supervision is $150/hr individual. Jennifer is happy to help guide therapists through the process of obtaining their associate license or to work with people who are already associates.
