    Individual Therapist
    Graduate Intern

Do you often feel weighed down by the complexities of life? Maybe you’re overwhelmed by the sociopolitical issues in our world, or have trauma that is affecting your day-to-day functioning. I believe that therapy should be a safe and non-judgemental space to discuss your fears, hopes, and desires and how to work towards living the full and happy life you deserve. I take a “come as you are” approach to counseling and believe strongly in viewing clients with unconditional positive regard.

In today’s world, with its many issues and policies that hurt marginalized people in particular, it can be easy to feel beaten down by the day after day struggles one might encounter. This is why I approach therapy as a collaborative effort where you and I form a genuine, authentic connection that will come to reflect your other relationships in your life. My goal is to help you understand patterns and behaviors that repeat throughout your life, coming to know where they originated and how they affect you in the present. I use a warm and gentle approach to remind you that I’m on your side and here to support you in creative ways. By drawing from various therapy modalities, including Internal Family Systems, motivational interviewing, existential therapy, and more, I hope to build trust and mutual respect with you that ultimately leads to lasting change.

I will graduate with my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington in Seattle in June 2025. When I’m not busy with school and work, I enjoy spending time with my two adorable cats, watching reality TV, reading thriller novels, and trying new coffee shops throughout Seattle.
