    Graduate Intern

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where the client’s goals and needs take center stage. My approach as a therapist is to help you explore your inner world and harness your unique strengths as I support you on your path toward healing or change. I recognize that each client’s experiences and perspectives are valid, and I am dedicated to creating a safe and affirming space for everyone.

In our sessions, you can expect a trauma-informed approach. I rely on practices such as internal family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, and somatic approaches to ensure that our work together is grounded in methods that have proven efficacy. Most importantly, I adapt my approach to suit your individual needs and context, fostering an environment where questions and exploration are encouraged.

I understand the transformative power of therapy from the inside out. My own journey of trauma recovery has given me profound insights into the resilience of the human spirit. I share this to emphasize that I approach therapy with empathy, knowing that the process may be challenging, and it is one that can lead to growth and transformation.

As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, and a mother, I bring a unique perspective to my practice. Outside of the office, I cherish spending time with my wife, our son, and our four senior pets—a spirited chihuahua and three delightful cats.

It would be my honor to accompany you on your path to healing and personal growth.
