    Individual Therapist,
Licensed Social Work Associate, Independent Clinical

Hello! You are so courageous for taking this step to explore the depths of yourself, and I feel deeply honored to be a part of your personal journey. When I took this step for the first time, I was both nervous and excited. Through my own experience in therapy, I was able to rediscover hope and learn about how my own experiences, identities, and family system impacted the way my brain functions. I hope to support you toward that goal as well.

I am passionate about intersectionality, social justice, and equity issues affecting historically disadvantaged groups. I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults heal after experiences of trauma or abuse. Some of my clinical background focused on supporting individuals struggling with substance use where I worked from a harm-reduction approach. I have also worked alongside previously incarcerated folks as they re-enter life “outside.”

I view therapy as a collaborative space and believe that YOU are the expert of your own life, through incorporating a person-centered approach and emphasizing the importance of autonomy we will unravel tangled cords. I take a non-judgmental, compassionate, and creative approach and invite others to show up authentically. Together we will navigate how to cope with challenging relationships, improve ability to manage stress, bolster radical self-love, and embrace your unique story.

On a personal note, I embrace joy through trying new things, tending to my house plants, listening to podcasts, and cuddling my pup, Kona Bean. I feel most empowered near a body of water and playing outside amongst nature.
