Taking the leap to start therapy is an incredibly brave decision to make, and the reality is that starting therapy is sometimes scary! As your therapist, I intend to create a warm and open space where you can authentically show up as yourself.
I have a background in working with queer adolescents experiencing neurodivergence, chronic conditions, depression, anxiety and suicidality. My own journey through neurodivergence, chronic pain and queerness has deeply impacted my work and allows me to walk alongside clients with lived experience and understanding. I implement a humanistic, trauma-informed and holistic view of my clients, holding both the context of your own experiences and the greater world’s impact on you.
As your therapist, I will approach with compassion and curiosity about your inner and external life. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I am excited to embark on this journey with you!
I will graduate from the University of Washington with a Masters of Social Work in spring 2026. Prior to this degree, I have obtained my Bachelors of Science in Counseling Psychology from Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island and a Masters degree in Developmental Psychopathology from Durham University in England.
When I’m not at work you can find me gardening, reading corny romance books, rewatching Ted Lasso or exploring my hyper-fixation of the month.
