    Bri Groesbeck

    Individual Therapist
    Graduate Intern

I help adults who struggle in their relationships with food and their bodies find peace and connection within themselves.

I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy. While I may guide in the healing process, it’s ultimately your inner knowing that we’re looking to connect with. It’s a flexible and adaptive process with a reciprocal exchange of ideas.

I believe in the power of connection and intuition in healing. We heal in relationship with others, as well as by becoming attuned to our own needs. My goal is to create a warm and supportive space so that clients feel they can bring their authentic selves to the table.

I work from a fat liberation and anti-oppressive perspective to help clients reconnect with their body’s needs, feelings, and cues. I think it’s important to recognize the external factors that cause very real harm to us in how we experience the world, while also having places where we can find safety to rest, heal, and grow. There are many outside forces that can cause disruption in our connection with ourselves and our bodies. I aim to empower clients in healing those points of disruption so that they can thrive.

I am currently in my Masters program and will graduate with my Masters in Social Work in June 2025. In my free time, I love doing aerial silks, listening to podcasts, spending time with my dog, crocheting, biking, hiking, and reading. I also prioritize connecting with my community and spending time in nature.
