Supervision
Jennifer Lee, MSW, LICSW provides clinical supervision to the therapists at Wayfinder Counseling and to other providers in the community. Read below for more information on her experience and services.
Information from Jennifer:
I love clinical supervision! I feel so fortunate to be able to provide group and individual supervision via secure video conferencing. I’m a Washington State Approved Supervisor and provide supervision for therapists working toward licensure in Washington State (LICSW, LASW, LMHC and LMFT). I am passionate about supervision and enjoy working with those new to the field as well as those looking for consultation in challenging situations.

The work I have done in settings including community mental health, schools, private practice, hospitals and home health care has provided me the opportunity to be proficient supervising clinicians practicing in a variety of settings. I have been providing clinical supervision to social workers and master’s level therapists since 2004. I believe supervision is a collaborative process yet should be firmly grounded in a strong ethical and theoretical foundation. In 2007 I completed Smith College’s year long, 62 CEU Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision.
This training is more than 4 times that required by Washington state to be considered a clinical supervisor. You can find the requirements for an Approved Supervisor here. I provide individual as well as group supervision and currently run a supervision group for clinicians working toward licensure, which meets twice per month. FEES FOR SUPERVISION AND CONSULTATION:
- Individual Supervision and Consultation: $150/hr
- Group Supervision: $500 for 16 hour series.
