    Cally Corey

    Individual Therapist
    Graduate Intern

I help teens and adults who have a history of trauma, anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder. I assist them in developing strategies to rebuild, to live their best lives, and to find self-compassion. Being hard of hearing (for which I wear hearing aids), I also have a passion for working with others who have physical disabilities.

I believe that everyone is capable of positive change. Many people struggle with feeling that they do not have value, or that they are simply “not enough.” They might believe that their worth is based on reaching certain benchmarks set by society, or on other individuals’ opinions of them. This inner sense may cause them to question whether they are deserving of love, respect, and compassion. Through a combination of therapeutic modalities, such as learning how to retell their stories and shifting their ways of thinking about themselves, people can find what it is within that gives them innate value and worth. I provide a safe and welcoming space for us to go on this journey together.

I will graduate with my master’s in social work (MSW) from the University of Washington in June of 2025. I have a background working remotely with people in crisis and individuals in need of emotional support at Crisis Connections, the Washington State crisis hotline.

In my free time, you can find me reading, writing on my own or with friends, going on walks with my partner, and watching Francis, my axolotl, swim around his tank.
