Clinical Therapist
Position Overview
Clinical therapists provide outpatient individual, couples and family therapy to clients of Wayfinder Counseling. Clinical therapy services include treatment of children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.

Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling, psychology or social work
- Current license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LMHCA, LMFTA or LSWAIC) in the State of Washington.
- Available to hold at least 25 patient sessions per week with 28 scheduled sessions.
- Prior experience in a private practice setting is highly preferred
- Have at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e., children, teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, anger management, etc.)
- Committed to the principles of Fat Liberation and Health at Every Size and serving clients of all bodies in a fair, equitable and supportive fashion
- Energized by helping others in a team and contributing to the growth of Wayfinder Counseling
- Social justice oriented and practices anti-racism work.
- Creative, engaged in doing good work, and excited by furthering our mission to make HAES an integral part of the therapy experience
- Able to take direct and constructive feedback and run with it.
